Arabian Ranches

Arabian Ranches is one of the first suburban areas in Dubai. The developer of this project is a leading construction company in the United Arab Emirates – Emaar Properties. It is a tranquil and green area, perfect for couples with children. In addition, pets are welcome in the community.
Spread over 1,650 acres, the Arabian Ranches community attracts professional couples and families from all over the world. The neighborhood feels a world away from the rest of Dubai, nestled in lush, green, family-friendly tranquility. Completely landscaped, all the different enclaves feature swimming pools, tennis courts and BBQ areas. It is also quite convenient for pet owners to find a home here as it is one of the few pet-friendly neighborhoods in Dubai with lush greenery, open spaces and spacious homes. These different factors make living in the Ranches a suburban dream.
In Arabian Ranches, you will find luxurious villas for sale with large spaces, available from 3 to 7 bedrooms.
Moving to Arabian Ranches Dubai can be an unnerving task as the villas here are spread across 15 different sub-communities. These include:
• Aseel
• Al Reem
• Alvorada
• Alma
• Al Mahra
• Mirador

Further, the luxury communities include Hattan, Mirador La Coleccian, La Avenida, Golf Homes and Polo Homes. Not only within Arabian Ranches, Mirador La Coleccian is a coveted sub-community in Dubai with a range of Spanish villas on offer. It includes 45 units facing the golf-course while the rest overlook the community parks. Similarly, the residential properties in Hattan and La Avenida include luxury 4 to 5-bed villas and townhomes.
The community is perfect for families – especially the ones with younger children. Schools and other facilities are located within community limits which makes it an ideal one. Plenty of facilities for recreation exist, in addition to a very active and involved community. Activities include tennis tournaments, community BBQs, charity drives and market days. Golf and polo connoisseurs often flock to this community as well.

The Al Rahman mosque is the main mosque in Arabian Ranches. It is situated near the Retail Centre, easily reachable for the Alma, Saheel and Savannah communities. At the border of the Dubai Polo Club and the Palmera community is the Masjid Salam mosque, this would be easily accessible from Palmera and Alvorado.
